Carol and Judith qualified at Durham School of Podiatry in 1979, after which they both worked for Newcastle and Northumberland Health Authorities for 3 years before commencing their private practice in Ashburton Road in 1982.
Carol can also supply (not prescribe) patients with various antibiotics, pain killers, anti fungals and steroids for injection.
We are required by law to carry out Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which involves attending lectures for revision purposes and enables us to remain registered to practice.
Carol and Judith are both particularly interested in sports injuries and gait analysis and toe nail surgery.
The team also includes Mary & Jill our practice receptionists.
